Teaching
ROLE: Teacher - 0.48FTE Maternity Cover
We are seeking to appoint a maternity cover teacher for two and a half days a week to predominantly teach our Year 3 / 4 class.
We are looking for someone who:
- Believes in the potential of every child
- Is a strong classroom practitioner
- Has high expectations of all pupils’ learning, attainment and behaviour
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is committed to upholding and developing the school’s Christian ethos and values

Support Staff

ROLE: Named Pupil Teaching Assistant + 5 hours MDSA
We are looking to appoint a one to one teaching assistant for a named Year 5 pupil who will be joining our school in April 2023. The pupil needs support with speech and language development and to access the curriculum. You would be working with the class teacher and the SENCO to meet the needs of the child, including interventions and small group activities to support their learning.
We are looking for someone who is:
- ideally an experienced TA and has experience working with pupils who have SEND
- able to build positive relationships and relate well to children and adults
- able to support pupils learning either in small groups or 1 to 1
- calm, patient, adaptable and organised
- committed to upholding the school’s Christian ethos and values
Hours of work: 25 hours as a TA and 5 hours as MDSA
Salary range: £21,968-£22,777 pro rate (TA Grade E), £20,441 pro rata (MDSA Grade B)

ROLE: School Crossing Patrol (employed by Wiltshire Council)
We are looking for a crossing patroller to see children safely across the A4 for half an hour each morning and afternoon during term time. A job share would also be considered.
Full uniform and training will be provided by Wiltshire Council and the post is paid £9.43 per hour including holiday pay.
