Creative chefs in Willow Class
Willow Class have been extremely busy with their DT project designing, making and evaluating a healthy and delicious baguette. Weeks worth of planning has gone into ensuring that their product met the design brief including: learning about food groups; tasting ingredients to ensure that the flavour combinations were effective; and learning key techniques for knife handling (you can see this demonstrated perfectly above). The hard work was not in vain! I was assured that the baguettes, whether they were hot or cold, were truly scrumptious: even though some of them sounded truly disgusting (tuna, chorizo, apple, cucumber and cheese really?). I was also assured that even though a finger nail was grated off it did not end up in the finished product. Bonus all round! Fantastic work Willow Class, I'm sure we are all looking forward to seeing your flavour creations in a store nearby so that we can try them for ourselves.
