Let’s get creative!

For your homework over the next 3 weeks, I would like you to research and complete a project linked to our Maya topic. It is up to you what you find out about and how you present your findings. I have listed some suggestions below:

• reports/fact files/diaries about what Maya life was like (English)
• PowerPoint Presentation (computing)
• research Maya art and make your own Maya art piece (art)
• sketch an artefact from ancient Mayan time (art)
• make a Mayan pyramid (DT)
• number system/maths problems (maths)

Reading: Please read as often as possible (aim for at least five times a week for 15 minutes or more). Remember to read aloud to an adult at least once a week, if you can.
