The school governing body is made up of local volunteers and parents. Governors are in charge of planning the school's direction and as a result help raise the standards of pupil achievement. Governors are accountable to parents and their wider community for the performance of the school. Their strategic role means the governors decide what they want the school to achieve and set the framework for getting there. This means:

    • setting suitable aims and objectives;
    • agreeing policies, targets and priorities;
    • and monitoring and reviewing aims, objectives, and whether the policies, targets and priorities are being achieved;
    • be a critical friend to the school, offering support and advice.

If you would like to contact the governors directly their details are below, alternatively you can email: This email address is being protected from spambots.
